All of our staff is background checked, holds a minimum of an Associate’s Degree, and are trained in CPR, child development, early learning, and developmentally appropriate practices.

We give tons of training and support to our staff so they feel confident and can bring their best every day for the children!
We require a minimum of an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. You must be able to lift 40 pounds and be able to get down at eye level with the children and also be able to play with the children on the floor.
